Fixed teeth. A confident smile. A price you can plan for.
Treatment completed over two visits with temporary teeth on your first visit and your final zirconia restoration once healing is complete.
All-on-4 dental implants in Turkey offer patients from Ireland and the UK a permanent alternative to dentures — at a fraction of the cost of treatment at home. This page explains exactly what is included in our treatment, how the two-visit protocol works, and what to expect at every stage of your journey.
Our Price
€7,500 cash. Full mouth. Both arches.
This price covers every clinical stage of your treatment — from the placement of your implants to the fitting of your final zirconia crowns. There are no hidden fees for the procedures listed in this page.
Accommodation is not included. We are happy to recommend local hotels to suit your budget and can advise on the most convenient options near the clinic.
What Are All-on-4 Dental Implants?
Four implants per jaw. Fixed teeth. No removable dentures. All-on-4 replaces a full arch of missing or failing teeth with a permanent, implant-supported restoration — completed across two visits, designed to last.
Treatment is completed across two visits. Four implants are placed per arch, fixed teeth are fitted on the day of surgery, and your permanent zirconia crowns follow once your implants have fully healed. If you need a fixed, permanent solution for a full arch — or both — this is the treatment designed to deliver it.
Treatment Protocol
Your treatment is completed across two visits, with a healing period in between. This two-stage approach allows your implants to fully integrate with your jawbone before your final teeth are fitted — the same protocol followed at leading implant centres across Europe.
First Visit — €3,500
Your first visit typically lasts five to seven days and covers the surgical stage of your treatment.
- Tooth removal, where required, prior to implant placement
- 8 premium dental implants placed — four per arch, upper and lower jaw
- Premium multi-unit abutments connected to each implant
- Temporary fixed teeth fitted on the day of surgery, so you leave with a full smile
You return home to heal. During this period — typically three to six months — your implants fuse with the jawbone in a process called osseointegration. Your temporary teeth remain in place throughout.
Second Visit — €4,000
Your second visit typically lasts three to five days and covers the restorative stage of your treatment.
- 20 individual screw-retained zirconia crowns fitted — ten per arch
- Final bite and occlusion adjustments to ensure comfort and correct function
- Final polishing and finishing
- Follow-up appointments to confirm fit, comfort, and healing
You leave with your permanent smile.

Your Is All-on-4 Better Than All-on-6?
Neither treatment is universally superior. The right choice depends on your bone quality, bite forces, smile design, and long-term expectations — factors that vary from patient to patient. During your assessment, we will recommend the solution that genuinely suits your case, not the one that costs more. Read our detailed comparison — All-on-4 vs All-on-6 → Goes Here

Who Is a Good Candidate?
Full arch dental implants in Turkey may be suitable for patients who:
- Have lost most or all of their teeth in one or both jaws
- Have remaining teeth that are failing, heavily decayed, or cannot be saved
- Are currently wearing a removable denture and want a fixed, permanent alternative
- Have been told they have some bone loss but wish to explore implant options
- Are in reasonable general health and are a non-smoker, or are willing to stop smoking for the healing period
All-on-4 implants are not suitable for everyone. The right treatment for you depends on your bone volume, gum health, bite forces, and overall medical history. A 3D scan and clinical consultation — or an initial review of your panoramic X-ray — will clarify whether you are a suitable candidate and what treatment will give you the best long-term result.
Send your panoramic X-ray or smile photos via WhatsApp and our team will provide an honest, personalised assessment before you commit to anything.
Why Treatment Quality Matters
All-on-4 is a surgical and restorative procedure. The long-term success of your implants depends on more than price — it depends on the decisions made at every stage of your treatment.
Implant positioning. Implants placed at the correct angle and depth achieve better bone contact, distribute bite forces more evenly, and support a restoration that functions comfortably for years. Precision planning matters.
Surgical experience. Your implants are placed by an Oral & Maxillofacial Surgeon — a specialist trained specifically in surgical procedures involving the jaw, bone, and facial structures. This is not a general dentistry procedure; it requires a surgeon with dedicated implant training and high procedure volume.
Implant and abutment quality. Premium implants and premium multi-unit abutments are not interchangeable with budget alternatives. The connection between implant and abutment is one of the most mechanically stressed areas of the restoration. Quality components reduce the risk of failure over time.
Digital planning. Treatment planned digitally — using 3D scans and implant planning software — allows the surgeon to map every implant position before the first incision. This reduces operative time, improves accuracy, and supports a more predictable outcome.
In-house laboratory. When your crowns are designed and milled in the same building as your clinical team, adjustments happen quickly and accurately. Your bite, your aesthetics, and your comfort are refined in real time — not sent away and guessed at.
Accurate bite adjustment. A restoration that does not meet the opposing teeth correctly places excessive load on individual implants. Precise occlusal adjustment at the final fitting stage protects both your implants and your crowns over the long term.
Long-term maintenance. Screw-retained restorations can be removed by a dentist for cleaning, inspection, and servicing. This is not the case with all implant restorations. Your ability to maintain your new teeth — and to have them professionally serviced at any point — is built into the design of your treatment.
Why We Use Screw-Retained Restorations
There are two ways to attach a fixed implant bridge: cement-retained or screw-retained. We use screw-retained restorations for all of our full-arch cases. Here is why that matters for you.
- Easy maintenance. Your dentist at home — or our team in Turkey — can unscrew and remove your crowns for inspection, cleaning, or repair without drilling or damage.
- Retrievability. If a crown ever needs to be replaced or adjusted, it can be removed cleanly. Cement-retained crowns often cannot.
- No excess cement risk. Residual cement below the gumline is a known cause of peri-implant inflammation. Screw-retained restorations eliminate this risk entirely.
- Long-term serviceability. Your restoration is designed to be maintained, adjusted, and replaced component by component — not replaced in its entirety if one element needs attention.
Your Final Restoration — 20 Individual Zirconia Crowns
Your permanent teeth are not a one-piece acrylic bridge. They are 20 individual screw-retained zirconia crowns — ten per arch — each designed, milled, and finished to match your smile.
Natural appearance. Zirconia offers both strength and aesthetics. Individual crowns are shaped and shaded to resemble natural teeth, with detail and translucency that a one-piece bridge cannot replicate.
Easy maintenance. Individual crowns can be cleaned around and between each unit. Your oral hygiene routine at home is straightforward and similar to caring for natural teeth.
Individual crown replacement. If a single crown ever needs attention, it can be addressed without disturbing the rest of your restoration.
Long-term durability. Zirconia is highly resistant to chipping and fracture under normal bite forces. With proper care, your crowns are designed to serve you for many years.
Your Digital Workflow
Your treatment is planned, designed, and delivered using a fully digital workflow — from your first scan to your final fitting.
3Shape Scanner. Digital impressions replace traditional physical moulds. The 3Shape system captures your jaw anatomy with precision, producing data that drives every downstream stage of your treatment.
Digital Treatment Planning. Implant positions are mapped in three dimensions before surgery begins. Your surgeon reviews bone volume, nerve positions, and angulation digitally — so the placement on the day follows a plan, not a judgement made in the moment.
CAD/CAM Design. Your crowns are designed using computer-aided design and manufactured using computer-aided milling. Human error in the shaping process is reduced. Fit, form, and function are built in from the start.
In-House Laboratory. Design, milling, and finishing all take place within the clinic. Your crowns do not leave the building to be made by a third-party laboratory. Adjustments requested at your fitting appointment can be made the same day.
Precise Bite Analysis. Digital bite records allow your occlusion — the way your upper and lower teeth meet — to be analysed and refined with accuracy. Your final restoration is adjusted until your bite is balanced and comfortable.
