Campaign Terms & Conditions

The clinic offers a limited number of promotional bonuses, which are valid only for bookings and treatments scheduled within the 2026 calendar year. Only one (1) bonus may be applied per treatment plan. Bonuses cannot be combined with each other or with any other promotional discounts unless explicitly stated in writing by the clinic.

1. Winter Bonus – Terms & Conditions

The Winter Bonus (an additional 5% discount) is available for treatments completed on or before March 20, 2026.

• The bonus applies exclusively to the dental treatment fee and does not apply to accommodation, airport transfers, or any third-party services.
• The booking must be confirmed with a non-refundable deposit of €200.
• If the treatment is postponed beyond March 20, 2026, the Winter Bonus will no longer apply.
• The bonus is non-transferable and cannot be applied retroactively.
• The clinic reserves the right to modify or withdraw this bonus at any time for new bookings.

2. Early Booking Bonus – Terms & Conditions

The Early Booking Bonus (an additional 5% discount) is available to patients who confirm their booking at least three (3) months prior to their planned treatment start date.

• A booking is considered confirmed once the clinic has received a non-refundable deposit of €200, together with written confirmation from the patient.
• The bonus applies exclusively to the dental treatment fee and does not apply to accommodation, airport transfers, or any third-party services.
• If the patient postpones the treatment and the new treatment date no longer meets the three (3) month condition, the Early Booking Bonus will no longer apply.
• The bonus is non-transferable and cannot be applied retroactively.
• The clinic reserves the right to modify or withdraw this bonus at any time for new bookings.

3. Commitment Bonus – Terms & Conditions

The Commitment Bonus (an additional 5% discount) is available to patients who confirm their booking at least one (1) month prior to their planned treatment start date by paying an amount equal to 10% of the total treatment cost.

• The payments are required to secure the appointment and initiate laboratory and planning work.
• Both payments are strictly non-refundable under all circumstances, including cancellation, postponement, or no-show by the patient.
• If the patient postpones the treatment and the new treatment date no longer meets the one (1) month condition, the Commitment Bonus will no longer apply.
• The bonus applies exclusively to the dental treatment fee and does not apply to flights, accommodation, airport transfers, or any third-party services.
• The bonus is non-transferable and cannot be applied retroactively.
• The clinic reserves the right to modify or withdraw this bonus at any time for new bookings.

4. General Bonus Conditions

• Only one (1) promotional bonus may be applied per treatment plan.
• Bonuses cannot be combined with each other or with any other promotional discounts unless explicitly stated in writing by the clinic.
• Bonuses apply only to direct bookings made with the clinic.
• All bonuses are subject to clinic capacity, laboratory availability, scheduling constraints, and medical suitability.
• By completing the deposit payment, the patient confirms that they have read, understood, and accepted all Campaign Terms & Conditions.
• The clinic reserves the right to modify, suspend, or withdraw any bonus at any time for new bookings.
