1. Package Inclusions

The clinic provides pricing only for dental treatment. Accommodation and airport transfer can be added for an additional cost or may be included in promotional offers.

2. Free Accommodation + Transfer Package OR Self-Booking Discount

If the total cash payment for a Zirconia Crown treatment is €3,800 or more, the patient can choose one of the following options:

A) Free Accommodation & Airport Transfer

  • Free accommodation for the duration of treatment at a hotel of the clinic’s choice (single occupancy).
  • Free shuttle transfer from Izmir or Bodrum Airport.
  • Rooms are normally reserved as single occupancy. If the patient wishes to bring an additional guest, an extra charge will apply. The exact amount will be calculated based on hotel availability and length of stay and will be communicated to the patient prior to travel. This fee is separate from the treatment cost and is payable directly to the clinic.(maximum one extra guest).

B) 5% Self-Booking Discount

  • If the patient prefers to book their own accommodation and transfers, a 5% discount will be applied to the treatment cost.
  • This discount is only valid if the total cash payment exceeds €3,800.
  • Patients whose total treatment cost is below €3,800 are not eligible for this discount, even if they self-book.

3. Treatment Eligibility & Plan Changes

The Free accommodation package or 5% Self-Booking Discountapplies only to Zirconia Crown treatments. It does not apply to Implants, Laminate veneers or All-on-6 treatments.

If the treatment plan changes and the total payment falls below €3,800 in cash, the accommodation and transfer fees will be added to the treatment invoice.

Accommodation & Airport Transfer

1. Accommodation Options

The clinic will select the most suitable hotel based on availability during your treatment period. The clinic may also offer a different hotel if necessary.

2. Accommodation Limitations

Free accommodation is limited to the patient only. Extra charges apply for additional guests, double beds, or extended stays beyond the treatment period. The clinic will inform you of any extra costs before your travel. These payments are made directly to the clinic in cash.

3. Hotel Services

If your treatment plan includes complimentary accommodation as part of a promotional package:

Accommodation includes bed and breakfast only. Additional expenses such as food, beverages, spa, and other hotel services are the patient’s responsibility and should be paid directly to the hotel.

4. Changes & Cancellations

Once booked, the hotel and transfer services cannot be changed or canceled free of charge. Any modifications are the patient’s responsibility.

5. Airport Transfers

  • Airport transfers are included only in packages that include accommodation.
  • They are not included in treatment-only options but can be added for an extra fee.
  • For follow-up visits, patients are responsible for their own accommodation, airport transfers, and travel expenses.
  • The warranty conditions apply only to services provided by this clinic.
  • If a child seat is required for airport transfers, please notify us in advance.

Payments

1. Cash & Card Payments

The 5% cash discount does not apply if payment is made by card. Card payments are charged based on the Original Price without a cash discount.

2. Card Payment Terms

According to Ministry of Economy regulations, all credit card payments are processed in Turkish Lira (TRY). The exchange rate is based on the Euro – Banknote Buying Rate of the Central Bank of Turkey. For more details, visit: Central Bank Exchange Rates.

Your bank may charge an additional 2%-5% due to exchange rate differences.

Important Note for International Patients:

Especially for patients traveling from the European region, we strongly recommend contacting your bank before your trip to inform them that you will be making a credit card payment in Turkey and to specify the approximate amount. In some cases, international transactions—especially those made outside the EU or involving higher amounts—may be blocked by default for security reasons. Notifying your bank in advance will help prevent any disruptions during your treatment payment.

3. Cash Payment Advantage

Cash payment is preferred to avoid exchange rate fluctuations and additional bank charges.

4. VAT (Value Added Tax) Exemption

VAT for health tourism is 0%, but certain conditions apply:

  • The patient must present their passport to the clinic.
  • The clinic will take a copy of the first page of the passport and the entry stamp page received upon arrival in Turkey.
  • If these conditions are not met, a 10% VAT will be added to the treatment cost.
